General Hospital (GH) spoilers preview video for Thursday, January 23, reveals that some hot drama’s coming up in Port Charles. An early promo video was leaked on social media, so let’s talk about what’s in store.

For starters, Lucas Jonas (Van Hansis) will have a bad feeling after trading info with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). J

osslyn will drop a hint about getting revenge on Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), so Lucas will offer a warning.

“Whatever you’re gearing up to do, don’t!” Lucas declares in Thursday’s preview.

Next, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will have some suspicions of her own during a conversation with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).

Liz’s interest in Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) stabbing investigation may leave Felicia wondering why this is so important to her.

Of course, Elizabeth and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) suspect Cyrus is to blame for all the fatal chaos happening at GH, so Liz has good reasons to be invested in Dex’s case from start to finish.

Thursday’s preview clip also shows Laura Collins (Genie Francis) admitting she thinks it’s better if she’s not involved, but she may not be talking about all the Cyrus turmoil.

Instead, Laura may not want to get tangled up in the latest Quartermaine crisis, so she may let Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) know she’s bowing out.

However, it looks like Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) will ultimately deliver good news to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) in her jail cell. Will Tracy be released following her latest legal mess?

At Charlie’s Pub, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will set the record straight with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) – presumably on something related to Ava Jerome (Maura West) and all the custody chaos.

“I’m gonna say this once and get it over with,” Kristina says in Thursday’s promo.

Over with Ava, she’ll lash out at Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and worry he’s not going to stand by her.

Nevertheless, General Hospital spoilers point to Ric stepping up for Ava in the end, so she’ll appreciate his help on her mission to get Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) back.

Despite Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) most recent collapse, he’ll recover enough for a meeting with Brick (Stephen A. Smith).

Thursday’s preview video shows Brick warning that they have to make sure a close call never happens again.

Sonny and Brick will have a strategy session as they work to stop the enemy who planted the explosive device, but Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) should remain concerned about Sonny’s health.
