GH Wednesday, January 29 || ABC General Hospital 1/29/2025 Spoilers Update
Extreme emotional scenarios for both Dante and Cody on the next GH.
In addition to a horrified Dante, General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, January 29, 2025, focus on a blindsided Cody. Also, Tracy and Martin have a run-in while Sasha opens up to Jason.
Next on General Hospital
Dante’s life has been brutal for the last year. He was shot. Then his sister Kristina (Kate Mansi) lost the baby she was carrying in the most horrible way. His dad’s behavior was all over the place because he unwittingly took placebos. His ex-wife came out of her coma shortly after his girlfriend died after a transplant surgery that helped save her life.
Now Michael (ex-Chad Duell) is in a burn clinic in Germany while — and he doesn’t know this yet — his dad experiences heart episodes. But on Wednesday, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is horrified, according to the weekly teasers. Is it possible he only now finds out that Sam (ex-Kelly Monaco) was murdered? That would explain his horrified reaction that will undoubtedly give way to another wave of guilt and grief. Portia (Brook Kerr) just told Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). It’s only logical that he finds out this week, too.

Surprised and Unprepared
Cody (Josh Kelly) finds himself back in that dark place, filled with self-loathing and anger. He recently bet $50K on PCU and lost big. Unfortunately, he didn’t take losing well and subsequently started a barroom fight. He was arrested and had to withstand a fatherly lecture from Mac (John J. York). And now Cody is blindsided. So, what hits him when he least expects it? Does it involve Selina Wu (Lydia Look) at all?

New Support System
Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) opens up to Jason (Steve Burton). With him, she gets to talk about her pregnancy and the fact that Michael (Chad Duell) is the baby daddy. She will, of course, have to explain why she doesn’t want Michael to have anything to do with her baby. After all, she told the Qs she was doing this on her own. Having Jason as a confidante regarding her now public pregnancy could be valuable. And she won’t have to worry. Jason will keep his mouth shut. Is that what happens here?
Time to Pivot
Meanwhile, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) just learned devastating news. Chase (Josh Swickard) is not able to father a baby, which naturally means the couple will have to pivot. As a result, Brook Lynn ponders her next move. We’ll see if she comes to any conclusions. There’s no rush, but will she pressure herself to find another way that works for her and Chase? The two desperately want to grow their family.

More Verbal Sparring?
The show continues to put Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Martin (Michael E. Knight) together in scenes. Should we be reading into this? After sparring at her home over this whole Michael/Willow (Katelyn MacMullen)/Drew (Cameron Mathison) business, Tracy and Martin have a run-in. Recently, their conversations have been adversarial. The two don’t hold back when they go head-to-head. Could their dynamic evolve?
