There are many victims in Cyrus’ angel of death storyline. However, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) learned that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) was murdered.
Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) also had to inform Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) was also murdered.
Cyrus is a career criminal, so he is good about covering his tracks. This could lead to Sam and Dex’s loved ones seeking justice in their own way.

General Hospital spoilers for the week of February 3 reveal that Sonny will go to Los Angeles to speak with his cardiologist. Sonny might confide the results to Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue).
At some point, Sonny will need to alert his family members to what’s going on. Depending on what the doctor tells Sonny, will Natalia be forced to keep a secret she really shouldn’t keep?
Speaking of Natalia, she was warned by Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) that it’s dangerous to be in Sonny’s orbit.
Natalia seems determined to be there for Sonny, though. With the person who burned Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) still out there, Sonny might push Natalia away, too.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) suspects Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). However, Sidwell is crafty and likely will keep Anna on her toes.
Meanwhile, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) could get the wrong idea about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson).
Also, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) decide to target Drew’s political career.Meanwhile, Drew might be moving way too fast to seal the deal with Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen). Could the big house and being an instant stepmom to Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) freak Willow out?
