General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, April 17, reveals that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will deliver a unexpected verdict while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) becomes a party host.

Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) will also land in distress and will ultimately need a helping hand, so let’s discuss all the drama that’s brewing.

At Sonny’s place, he’ll host a fun shindig since it’ll be Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) birthday.

Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will seem surprised when she shows up and realizes Dante isn’t there yet, but Sonny and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) may promise he’s on his way.

Lulu will naturally bring Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) to the party – and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) will be there, too.

Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) and Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) will make the guest list as well, so there’ll be plenty of familiar faces around to celebrate.

Of course, Gio won’t realize he’s attending his bio dad’s birthday bash, but Lois will certainly notice if he shares some bonding scenes with Dante anyway.

Soap parties often come with twists and turns, so it’ll be interesting to see if there are any spilled secrets or other shocking moments that play out.

Elsewhere, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will ride a horse and save a damsel in distress.

Molly is typically an independent woman, but she may joke about Cody being her knight in shining armor just this once.

Next on Thursday’s GH episode, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will get on the same page as they nail down plans for their new chapter together.

Over with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), she’ll get pumped for information when Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) stops by her house.

Lucas will want to know why Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is after Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo), but Carly may not have any answers.

Meanwhile, Marco will worry that Alexis is about to take his job offer off the table.

Once Alexis gets updates on Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) being Marco’s father, that’ll certainly bring concerns.

Alexis will have a big decision to make and will surely want to discuss this with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), but they should end up letting Marco stick around.

That said, both Alexis and Diane will be watching Marco closely – just in case he might be a troublemaker who’s carrying out Sidwell’s shady agenda!

Over with Carly again, she’ll have a catch-up session with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner).

Felicia will have a favor to ask and will offer a fresh perspective on a situation that could be a positive thing for Carly’s family.

Across town, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will back Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) into a corner.

Will Curtis pry the truth out of Jordan regarding her recent resignation and what she’s really up to?
