Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that three weddings may be on the way, so let’s talk about some DOOL couples that may head to the altar. Here are the Salemites who could tie the knot if they can tackle the challenges ahead.
1) Rafe & Jada
Unfortunately, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) couldn’t attend his last wedding attempt since he was being held captive at the time.
Arnold Feniger (Galen Gering) posed as Jada Hunter’s (Elia Cantu) groom and blew things up on EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) orders.
Now that Rafe remembers his romance with Jada and his true identity has been confirmed, they’ve reaffirmed their love for each other.
As a result, it may not be long until Jada and Rafe get their wedding plans back on track.
Of course, there could be a snag since Jada slept with Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) during her breakup from fake Rafe.
However, that wasn’t Jada’s fault since she truly believed her relationship with Rafe was over.
Rafe may not be thrilled with Jada if she keeps this Shawn hookup a secret for too long.
That said, Rafe may move past it once the truth comes out and finally give Jada the happy wedding she deserves.
2) Javi & Leo
Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) may not be ready to say “I do” just yet, but a wedding seems like a real possibility for them down the road.
Leo and Javi are crazy about each other, so Days may truly lock in this pairing and give them a chance to build a future.
There’ll inevitably be more drama since that’s just the norm in Salem!
Even so, Javi and Leo might be able to conquer any new hurdles on the horizon and ultimately have some grand nuptials.
3) Alex & Stephanie
For whatever reason, the show seems determined to pair up Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson).
Joy Wesley’s (AlexAnn Hopkins) possible pregnancy news and job at Titan are issues, but they mostly seem like angst for Alex and Stephanie to work through in the end.
Since Days is playing Stephanie and Alex up as a pairing to root for, marriage could certainly be an option sooner or later.
Alex’s last wedding to Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) ended in disaster, but he might have better luck marrying Stephanie next time around.
Likewise, maybe Alex will ultimately give Stephanie the real commitment that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) never could.
