General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, January 24, reveal that when Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) shows up to see Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) at GH, she’ll run into Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and wonder what she’s doing there. Josslyn will insist she’s trying to stop a murderer, so her hospital visit will certainly involve her efforts to take down Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
As for Kai, he’ll expect good news from his doctor, but some terrible updates could be coming instead.
Once the MRI results come in, will Kai find out his shoulder injury is far worse than he thought?
If so, this could totally derail Kai’s future and force him to consider a career path that doesn’t involve football.
Regardless, Trina will stop by Kai’s room again, so he may fill her in on what his doctor tells him.
In Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) office, she’ll speak with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) like she promised, but this meeting will take a tense turn – especially once Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) joins in.
Laura will insist Sidwell isn’t wanted in Port Charles, but he’ll look forward to proving the naysayers wrong.
Over with Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), he’ll approach Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) with a proposal for him to consider.
Curtis will feel certain that whatever Drew’s thinking won’t work for him, so he’ll feel like this conversation is a waste of time.
Next, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will admit to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) that she’s afraid she made a huge mistake.
Since Willow agreed to move back in the gatehouse with the kids as part of a compromise with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), she’ll apparently start having some doubts about that decision.
Drew didn’t approve, so Nina may suspect Willow is letting him get inside her head.
However, Nina’s going to give Willow a pep talk and perhaps argue that she did whatever was necessary to reunite with her children – which is exactly what a good mother should do.
Unfortunately, Tracy will spell out some rules in Friday’s episode, so she may warn Willow not to try sneaking off with Wiley Quartermaine (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko) anytime soon.
Then again, maybe it’ll be Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) who faces Tracy drama once he gets out of jail and sobers up.
Tracy may push Cody to get his life together and stop putting himself in messy situations.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will receive an enticing offer and will ultimately ask if this means she’s hired.
It looks like Lulu may officially come on board at Deception, but working for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) could be a disaster waiting to happen!
Finally, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will get a surprise that comes courtesy of Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure).
Will Brennan follow Carly to Germany while she’s there to get Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) set up in his new clinic?
Our predictions hint that Carly and Brennan will take some romantic steps forward soon, so stay tuned.
