General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, February 17 to February 28, reveal that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will pick his next victim before an emergency brings chaos at GH. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will also make a fateful choice, so here’s what fans can expect.

During the week of February 17-21, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will put Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) through a grilling session.

Sonny’s custody updates will leave Carly thinking there might be another explanation for why he compromised with Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Although Sonny is dealing with a heart condition and needs surgery, we’ll see if he spills to Carly or continues to keep secrets.

Later, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) will give Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) some Valentine’s Day flowers as they grow even closer, but their evening will get derailed by a surprising interruption.

Brennan will try to undo some damage he’s caused eventually, so that could be related to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and the dangerous path he’s tempting her down.

On a lighter note, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will play Cupid, so she may urge Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) to do a little more bonding.

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will also pull off a grand gesture for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) as they celebrate Valentine’s Day.

It could add to Brook Lynn’s guilt and convince her to come clean about her adopted baby since she’s about to gather her courage.

Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyani Ali) will also strengthen their connection with a Valentine’s Day bonding session.

It’ll come with some twists and turns that make for a very memorable evening!

Cyrus gave Kai an evil glare during their encounter at Charlie’s Pub, there’s the potential for another run-in and some danger.

Trina will serve as backup for Kai when trouble strikes according to GH spoilers.

However, Cyrus may shift his focus to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) since he’s been spying on her and seems eager to get rid of her permanently.

After Liz and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) take evidence to the cops, that could add to Cyrus’ fury.

Is Lucky about to get a heroic moment where he saves Liz and gets injured instead? Lulu and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will get some stunning news, so that could point to Lucky getting hurt.

Preview info for 2025 hinted about Elizabeth putting her life in Lucky’s hands, so that’s also worth keeping in mind.

Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will work frantically to save someone once chaos erupts at GH.

It could be Lucky who ends up struggling to survive thanks to Cyrus’ move.

Back with Jason, he’ll ultimately reach a significant choice.

It’s possible that despite all the warnings, Jason will resolve to eliminate Cyrus since he can’t let him claim any more victims.

As for Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), he’ll face off with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) again before having another heated confrontation with Jason.

Drew could get nasty enough to show Willow a more sinister side of himself if he isn’t careful.

Elsewhere, Sasha will confess to someone, so could she reveal her baby’s true paternity to Maxie?

Maxie has certainly been pestering Sasha enough, so Sasha might admit Michael is the one she hooked up with.

Sasha and Jason’s paternity ruse should continue with the rest of Port Charles, but there are bound to be more complications.

During the week of February 24-28, Cyrus may reach the end of the road. Will Jason take Cyrus out or could it be someone else who shuts him down for good?

Josslyn may play a role in what’s ahead for Cyrus since there are some hints about her risky decision in the coming episodes. Joss isn’t giving up on justice for Dex Heller (Evan Hofer)!

Of course, the show would be smart to offer up a whodunit and leave viewers guessing on who took Cyrus out for a while.
