General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, March 6, reveal that James West (Gary James Fuller) will have a medical emergency while Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) delivers a fallout warning. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will also face off, so there’ll be some tense moments coming up on the ABC soap.

First, it looks like Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) will confront Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) about the hostile takeover he’s plotting, so these exes should do some bickering about his agenda.

At some point, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) may end up at Wyndemere as well since she’s about to get an invitation.

General Hospital Spoilers Thursday, March 6: James’ Medical Emergency, Carly Warns Lulu, Sonny & Tracy Face Off

Sidwell may require Alexis’ legal services, but he really isn’t the kind of guy who can be trusted!

At GH, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will bring James and insist they need to see a doctor as soon as possible.

James will be grimacing in pain, so there’ll be some sort of medical emergency that needs a doc’s attention.

Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will do some bonding on Thursday’s show, so it’s possible they’ll both do their part to make James feel better.

As for Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), he’ll have a meeting with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and run into Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) eventually as well.

Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) will be on hand to meet Drew and will insist that any friend of Trina’s is a friend of his.

General Hospital - Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) - Soap Opera Spy

Of course, Drew isn’t acting like much of a friend to Trina’s family these days since he’s blackmailing her mom!

Since Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is in over her head, Ava Jerome (Maura West) gave her a nudge to seek Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) help.

Once Portia summons Ric for advice on Thursday’s show, he’ll leave her with the only choice she can make.

Meanwhile, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will mull over what she should do now that she knows Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) hid a child from Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

Based on Thursday’s preview video, it appears Lulu will confide in Carly about the dilemma she’s facing.

Carly will get why Lulu would want to come clean to Dante, but she’ll also warn that the fallout could be devastating and wonder if Lulu’s ready for that.

In the end, Lulu will decide the best thing she can do is tell Brook Lynn what she knows and give Brook Lynn herself a chance to come clean to Dante first.

Over with Sonny and Tracy, they’ll have a showdown – perhaps one related to Deception business if this is about the Sidwell offer that’s on the table

Of course, it’s possible Tracy and Sonny will find other things to clash about as well during his visit to the Quartermaine mansion.

Regardless, Tracy will apparently shut down Sonny’s next suggestion and insist she absolutely won’t have it.
