General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) might get married. Will Sasha and Jason take this extreme step for the sake of Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) paternity cover-up?
