General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of April 7-11 reveal that Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) next revenge plot may be brewing while Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) deals with her worst nightmare.

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will also await huge news, so let’s talk about what’s in store for GH fans.

First, Kristina will struggle with a guilty conscience since she’s responsible for Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) car wreck.

Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) knows Kristina is to blame, but will he continue to keep her secret?

You can bet Lucky will blast Kristina for being so reckless, but he may ultimately promise to keep his mouth shut about the Ava Jerome (Maura West) car sabotage that went wrong.

That could lead to Lucky hiding things from Liz, which may set up some eventual trouble in their romance.

Of course, Kristina will have to hide her guilt from Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) as well, but that could become increasingly challenging.

The more Molly leans on Kristina over injured Ric’s ordeal, the worse Kristina’s going to feel!

At some point, the cops may realize Ric’s cut brakes were the reason for the crash.

Since we know Ava’s on the verge of discovering some surprising intel, she might put the clues together and confront Kristina sooner or later.

If that’s the case, Ava could score some extremely useful leverage.

It’s easy to imagine Ava threatening to have Kristina thrown in prison unless she follows orders.

While Kristina deals with a potential blackmail plot, Drew may be cooking up a new revenge scheme.

Now that Drew’s faced some tough setbacks, he may spiral out of control and become even more of a villainous character.

Naturally, Drew will continue to play the good guy around Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), especially now that she’s agreed to move in his place and bring the kids.

Even so, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will remain committed to breaking up Drew and Willow’s little love fest.

Now that Nina and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) have teamed up, will they come up with a way to take Drew down or fail miserably?

As for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), it looks like she’ll pass all her tests and officially become part of the WSB.

Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) has hinted about a particular assignment he has in store for Josslyn, so we’ll see if she gets updates on the details soon.

In the meantime, Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) romance with Brennan will deepen despite the secrets he’s keeping under wraps.

Over with Jason and Sonny, they’ll hope Brick (Stephen A. Smith) is able to give them a name off one of Soliski’s (Jeff Wolfe) devices.

Will Brick find something that could at least point Sonny and Jason in the right direction?

Regardless, Sonny and Jason will remain determined to destroy the mysterious enemy behind the penthouse explosion.

That’s especially true since this surprise foe could hire a different hitman and make another attempt to wipe Sonny off the map.

Sonny isn’t listening to all the alarming predictions about his heart condition and could pay the price if he waits too long for his surgery!

General Hospital spoilers say Sonny’s health will continue to be a big factor in this storyline, so stay tuned.
