General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 7-11 hint some explosive moments ahead. The soap just released its weekly preview, and from the looks of it, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) hot-headed actions will have finally caught up with her.
The promo opens up with a serious-looking Kristina, as Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) tells her, “You went too far this time Kristina, and you need to pay for it.”
While Lucky was initially the person who shooed Kristina away from the scene of the car crash last week and ready to cover for her, this was before he realized that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) was in the vehicle along with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst).
Will Lucky continue to keep Kristina’s involvement in this accident under wraps, or will he be the one to spill the beans?
That may not matter as it sounds like Ava Jerome (Maura West) will quickly put the pieces of this puzzle together.
General Hospital fans could sense she would, as she probed the mechanic who had Ric’s crashed vehicle during the Friday, April 4 episode.
It was at that point she found out that the brakes were cut, and viewers could feel as if Kristina was living on borrowed time.
During the General Hospital preview for the week of April 7, Ava is shown saying that “Someone tried to kill me, and I can prove it,” as she smiles and flashes her phone to someone unknown.
The video footage on the phone is of Ava’s parking garage, as a clip flashes to Ric in his hospital bed smugly stating, “You didn’t see this one coming.”
If Ava has video footage of Kristina cutting Ric’s brakes, she’s toast.
But will Ava head to the cops with this information or use it as leverage to blackmail Kristina – or perhaps her mother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn)?
As the promo continues, Diane Miller (Carolyn Henessy) is shown telling a very emotional Alexis that it is time to take drastic action.
As Alexis is the one who controls the Cassadine estate, will Ava use the footage she has to get the lawyer to return her divorce settlement funds in exchange for her discretion over this matter?
They were recently taken away from her, and Ava’s had to do something she hates doing: budget with her finances, living the less than extravagant lifestyle she’s grown accustom to.
It looks like Ava may finally hold the key to solving her money problems.
Meanwhile, Alexis won’t be the only momma bear desperately trying to protect her cub, as the promo also shows Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) wound so tight, she’s about to slap Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) – that is, until Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) steps in to stop her.
The promo closes with a very intense Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) as he asks a very concerned Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) what her connection to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is.
General Hospital spoilers imply that if there’s one thing that Sonny hates, is being lied to, so will Natalia be banished from his circle for this, or will she provide an adequate explanation for hiding this major secret?
